Tyburn Property Consultancy was founded by Moreas Madani, a trusted property expert with an expansive range of experience in the Prime Central London residential property market. Moreas devotes his time to finding and selling properties that realise his clients’ property ambitions.
Moreas has enjoyed a varied and diverse career in the property industry. His most recent experience was at Knight Frank, where he worked in central London for over 11 years advising buyers, sellers, and developers. During this period, Moreas also served as Middle East Global Wealth Ambassador, advising high-net-worth clients from the region seeking to invest in the UK.
Moreas is always looking to nurture his development as a property professional and holds many qualifications, including an MBA. He speaks a number of languages, including Arabic, which enables him to further support his international clientele. He is a devoted father to two young children, as well as his trusted Labrador Luna.

Why Tyburn?
Our name originates from ‘Tyburnia’, which was a historical parish that is now part of Mayfair and Marylebone in central London. The name derives from a historical waterway, the Tyburn Brook, that marked the meeting point of two old Roman roads. Tyburn Brook was also one of the sources of London’s first-ever piped water supply. Our logo incorporates the name of this historical waterway with the sweeping curve of the river; the swish of the ‘R’ in ‘Tyburn’ represents the meandering path of the brook itself.
The name ‘Tyburn’ thus brings together the perfect elegance of London’s past and present and reminds us of the superb international property hub we have to offer. London is home to some of the most sought-after and exclusive postcodes in the world, and has been throughout history.
Tyburn also holds special relevance for our founder, Moreas, who spent most of his childhood in and around Tyburnia, as well as being involved in some of the largest sales and acquisitions in the area. He has a deep affection and detailed knowledge of the area, and we draw on his passion and expertise to source and deliver exceptional property across the city.
